Forbidden Content
- Any copyrighted material without the right of use.
- Threatening, racial, or otherwise abusive content.
- Warez, Porn or Illegal software
Account Cancellation & Billing
Invoices are created 15 days before the due date. If your invoice remains unpaid 2 days after the due date, your account will be suspended. After 7 days, your account will be terminated.
Add credit to your account to prevent an overdue invoice. In the event of a legal dispute, we reserve the right to cancel an account without notice.
Fair Use
You may not consume more than 3-10% of the CPU on average every day. Depending on the level of your hosting account, this is increased in proportion with disk space and bandwidth. Resellers have much greater usage allowance (5-45%)
Memory usage must be kept to minimum, and freed regularly when possible.
Data Loss
While we do Everything possible to ensure that our servers have no technical issues, it is the customers responsibility to backup your website on a regular basis and Generation Host can not be held responsible for any data lost due to technical issues, end user issues OR hackings.
Chargebacks and Billing Disputes
You must first contact Generation Host to attempt to resolve any billing disputes before contacting your bank or credit card company to dispute the charges. You further agree that any billing disputes must be submitted in writing to our billing department within one month of the invoice payment in question.
By using our services You agree to the above policy and to contact Generation Host before contacting your financial institution to seek a resolution.
In the event you dispute charges contrary to this agreement, we reserve the right to add a $150 collection chargeback fee and to refer your account or sell your debt to a third party collection agency. We also reserve the right to take further legal action against you.
Privacy Policy
Generation Host respects your privacy and does not share your contact information with 3rd parties.
Refunds
Due to the nature of the business, Generation-Host does not offer any refunds on Dedicated, VPS or Reseller packages. Shared hosting accounts carry a 15 day money back guarantee.
Changes to this Document
Generation Host reserves the right to change the Terms Of Service - without notice.
